one night missed

Yup the title says it all. I missed one Night of cleanse, tone and moisturize. Manily cuz I was tired. Really tired, stayed in school till like 7pm and ish.
Any hoos the next day I broke out *sigh* and I'm still breaking out. I dunno if to use my clean and clear or just stick with the programme? Plus I really binged this weekend.

Oily food off course. Chips(fries) chips (plaintain) porriage from mr biggs frunace like 10. So I'm not too surprised at the break out, no water. Ok there was a bottle of mirinda pine apple. And that's just all I can remember, *sigh* I need help.

Anyhoos I need an astringent, natural off course. And no not lime.
Plus my sugar intake has increased since I lick so much honey every morning.

Plus I think I wanna go natural with my hair. Dreads off course.

this Morning.

Today I exfoliated with lime( no real lemons around) and sugar. So last night I musta over did the vit e oil again. I felt me clogging up. When I woke up at *cough* 9am ( btw work starts by 8) :D I ran out in my Pj's.( Another new life style I have adopted since I started bathing at night as opposed 2 birthday suits) to get sugar. The advantages of having a mallam across ur street. Credit at odd hours and suagr for ur skin while everyone else is at work.

So I ran home, Made the mix, Licked half of the mix, (sugar and lime really is delightful) put it on my face and got in the shower. Now the last time I did this was late at night so licking dint have any major effects. In two seconds my system started singing a song that wasn't too nice. Ignoring it, I went on to rinse of the "scrub" and LAWD my skin felt heavenly!!!!! It works or worked then. I felt clean and the face was soft to touch. I think for that moment it was softer than my palms.

Anyhoos I proceeded to black soap ( I dint know if I was to but *kanye shurg*) then honey after. Off course More licking. I swear I dunno if I've had this much sugar in say 20mins before. So my system revolts more Viciously this time. And I stop. No more time 2 waste after all here I am trying to get into work at 9.50am abi??

So I got out the shower and lathered my self in shea butter with coconut oil. (Doesn't smell so bad) then It hit me. I don't treat my lips.

Funlola, Itunu Sabirah I need some sort of treatment for my lips, they feel neglected.
Since I have become an Avid kisser. I nEed pucker-able lips. Yes so asides soft brushing with vaseline every other night. I need a lip mask. They really did seem rather dry today, compared to my face (that has been getting VIP treatment).

So that's about it for this morning.
Oh and my boss said he may get on my natural program. *rolls eyes* Metro Mach??? He claims to be breaking out!


Oh and yes I complained to my trainer Funlola about having to many Un-natural stuff for my skin. And seriously If u see my table ehn.. I'm talking Mix and match, I'm sure its my "buying" of clean and clear and Neutrogena that have increased their prices on stock market!!! After telling her, she said I should give them out 2 avoid temptation OR sthg.

Last night I found a solution, u know how I have bEen wondering how 2 go about with an overnight bag? Well I'm throwing out the stuff in these containers and putting my natural products in them. (Innovative right? No?) Anyhoos last night I threw out the Night lotion form maryKay time wise. I love the bottle, its glass and its cute and it has a pump. So that way I won't OD of the coconut oil I'm using to oil my face at night. :D and I also found some where to split my Rose water and an empty. Night Face cream for the shea butter. And if ur thinking... But ur just 21 why all these products.... Let me tell u I have even calmed down now. Take this from someone who used to put toothpaste on her face. :D

Night one And Night two

I'm really excited. I think I OD on the Vit e oil. Plus my friend said she'll get me the bottle so I can actually take the soft gel ones. I'm not even on a diet yet and my uncle lsaid I've lost weight already. Not like I'm trying to disappear. I have used the shea butter religiously Morning and Night. And since I am a LAZY goat. This means I have to bath everytime before bed. Thank u shea butter I've been looking for how 2 incorporate that into my life. Bathing twice.

Now the limitations so far. Sleeping out. It means either a stash of Natural goodies at His house OR I get an over night bag and samples. I need to sort that out asaply.
Like yesterday. Or else I shall not be sleeping out anymore.
Please any Ideas where I can get bottles from shall be very welcome. Altho I don't want 2 use an overnight bag because I hardly ever have the need for one if I am going there. I hardly ever go anywhere else anyways so. :s

Changes

Today should be day1 but I am at the saloon getting dreads. Yes Dread locks. And no they are fake I'm not cutting my hair or anything. I don't want oil from my hair seeping onto my face so I'm dreading my hair. The process is tasking, Long and so freaking tiring. But its all for a good cause. I have concluded my materials. And I am worried. The shea butter smells like SHIT!!! Ok not like shit but really bad. Very Bad. Howver I am allowed to mix it. But I don't think that would help. So I'm investing in another bottle of chanel NO5. I don't intend to stink up the place. One of the advantages of going Natural is the fact that its Cost effective. Its so cheap its ridiculous. Like all I need costs 1/9th of my cleanser. As an accountant this has pleased me greatly. :D u have no idea. Any ways so while I scout for PURE clear coconut oil to mix my shea butter with.
For some random reason I am excited. I'm so excited that I am introducing people to my scheme without having tried it yet. I also want to apologize to my Trainer in Advance (Funlola) because I shall be disturbing you at odd hours to ask the most random questions about the most random things. But I'm sure she won't mind, after all Ignorance is no excuse. :D and that's common Law. The bible says "my people perish for lack of knowledge" so I shall ask ask and ask till I know all I need to know.

the reason.

First I'll let you know I'm not Vain. I just want really nice skin. And Nature didn't gimme really nice skin. Well facial skin. I have pimples. And quite frankly I am tired. So I'm going Natural. Yes ke! Strictly natural products on my face and body for the next 30 days from saturday I shall be bathing with black soap and the likes. I have placed orders and have started receiving my materials.
Thankfully I have guides/ mentors Funlola Itunu Sabirah Halima. They all went natural all out. I like my hair permed. I'm getting dreads in january tho. :D but till then we'll keep the permed hair. I have a new strict regime which I intend to follow and a very differnt chane in diet plans. For some1 who has never had 2 diet, this is very strange But with God all things are possible ( yes I brought God into this ).
Anyways see u saturday that will be day 1. Hopefully I won't react 2 anything I use.
And before I forget God bless the Naturalsaturday girls. I hope my skin does clear.
